The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads from scratch, researching new business opportunities, and making the initial contact with potential clients.
Your Responsibilities:
Generate new business for our Tech Recruitment services.
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects through research, networking, and cold-calling.
Maintaining an up to date record of prospects and leads in Hubspot CRM
Understand customer needs and demonstrate the value of our services.
Proactively promote our services to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct Business-to-Business calling to generate opportunities.
Pre-qualify leads and ensure a seamless handover to the team.
Secure and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Work with our CTO to pitch/demo our services.
Achieve recruitment lead generation targets and objectives set by the business.
Work closely with the team to identify potential prospects.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven track record in a similar role, specifically within a techrecruitment domain.
5+ years experience in a similar SDR role.
Extensive experience with Hubspot CRM.
Knowledge of the software engineering/ Tech industry.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Strong-willed and resilient, with a positive attitude and outlook.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
Flexible approach with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and business needs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
