Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Technical Lead, your role is split between balancing quality assurance, hands-on development, planning, and team management.
- Oversee a product team dedicated to enhancing and evolving the platform.
- Collaborate with the Product team to design solutions and prioritise tasks for optimal impact.
- Aim to deliver straightforward and secure solutions across the technology stack, considering their long-term architectural implications.
- Support and mentor engineers within your team.
- Promote excellence throughout the platform.
- Manage and develop a team of three direct reports.
- Contribute to broader technology decisions and share achievements with the organisation.

Essential Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Lead Developer or Technical Lead.
- Successful history of working with product companies to build and maintain long-term platforms.
- Strong technical expertise in PHP, MySQL, and AWS.
- Proficiency in developing scalable systems using modern technologies such as Apache/Nginx, Varnish, Cloudflare, and AWS.
- Experience with quality assurance tools such as PHPUnit and PHPStan.
