The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads from scratch, researching new business opportunities, and making the initial contact with potential clients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Generate new business for our Tech Recruitment services.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects through research, networking, and cold-calling.
- Understand customer needs and demonstrate the value of our services.
- Proactively promote our services to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct Business-to-Business calling to generate opportunities.
- Pre-qualify leads and ensure a seamless handover to the team.
- Secure and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Work with our CTO to pitch/demo our services.
- Achieve recruitment lead generation targets and objectives set by the business.
- Work closely with the team to identify potential prospects.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven track record in a similar role, specifically within a tech recruitment domain.
- 5+ years experience in a similar SDR role.
- Knowledge of the software engineering/ Tech industry.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Strong-willed and resilient, with a positive attitude and outlook.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Flexible approach with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and business needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
