The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads from scratch, researching new business opportunities, and making the initial contact with potential clients.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business for our Tech Recruitment services.
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects through research, networking, and cold-calling.
  • Understand customer needs and demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Proactively promote our services to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct Business-to-Business calling to generate opportunities.
  • Pre-qualify leads and ensure a seamless handover to the team.
  • Secure and schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Work with our CTO to pitch/demo our services.
  • Achieve recruitment lead generation targets and objectives set by the business.
  • Work closely with the team to identify potential prospects.


Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven track record in a similar role, specifically within a tech recruitment domain.
  • 5+ years experience in a similar SDR role.
  • Knowledge of the software engineering/ Tech industry.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Strong-willed and resilient, with a positive attitude and outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Flexible approach with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
