We’re looking for a Lead-Gen AI Automation Specialist with strong Python and GenAI/NLP/ML experience to develop robust scraping and enrichment systems that extract and transform company data into valuable insights.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement autonomous AI agents for end-to-end lead generation workflows (data discovery → enrichment → scoring → CRM ingestion).
  • Design and implement web scraping scripts to extract structured and unstructured data from various sources including websites, directories, job boards, company databases, and social platforms.
  • Develop robust data parsing workflows to transform raw HTML/JSON into structured datasets ready for use in downstream processes.
  • Use LLMs (like GPT, Claude, or similar) to analyse scraped data, identify patterns, enrich leads, classify companies, and generate sales-relevant metadata.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to feed enriched data into CRMs, outreach tools, and lead scoring systems.
  • Store and manage data in queryable formats (JSON, CSV, Parquet).


Requirements/experience:

  • Strong Python experience
  • Strong NLP experience
  • Experience with Agentic Architecture and building Autonomous Agents (using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI)
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) for data understanding and transformation.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven team.


Additional/Desirable experience:

  • Background in recruitment, HRTech, or Sales Engineering (for Lead Gen)
  • Experience integrating scraped/enriched data with CRMs or outbound automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with proxy services, headless browsers, and anti-scraping countermeasures.
  • Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with data visualization or dashboards (e.g. Streamlit, PowerBI, Metabase).
  • Experience with serverless functions or workflow orchestrators (e.g. AWS Lambda, Prefect, Airflow).
  • Build reusable scraping modules with anti-bot techniques (proxy rotation, headers, captchas) and ensure scripts remain functional as website structures evolve.
  • Understanding of sales data use-cases: company profiling, lead scoring, ICP tagging, enrichment.
