About the position:

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a motivated team of software developers, guiding them to reach their full potential. Your role will be pivotal in celebrating achievements, big and small, ensuring that every team member feels valued and inspired to keep pushing forward.

You will be deeply involved in all cycles of software development, working closely with the Co-CEOs and placing yourself at the heart of decision-making. This role offers incredible opportunities to take initiative, make meaningful contributions, and foster both personal and professional growth.

Your Experience

  • You possess good knowledge of PHP (preferably Laravel), software design best practices and principles, OOP, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
  • You have experience leading and managing a remote team of software developers
  • You can motivate your team members in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • You care deeply about communication; you believe how you say things is as important as what you say.
  • You value teamwork, prioritize collaboration and focus on collective goals and harmony in the workplace.
  • You can instil and nurture a culture of high performance and excellence without sharp elbows and burnout.
  • You'll be responsible for smooth onboarding and training experience and empower new hires to become confident contributors to our high-performing team.
