Key Responsibilities:

  • Dive into user experience requirements, creating designs that are visually appealing and enhance usability.
  • Produce high-quality designs, including visuals, graphics, and prototypes for digital products.
  • Design intuitive UI elements like navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for better user interaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the team, including developers and our CTO, to deliver tailored product experiences.
  • Maintain design consistency by following typography, colour, and graphic standards across all products.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep ByteHire’s brand fresh.
  • Conduct user research and A/B testing to identify improvements and make data-driven decisions.
  • Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions to enhance the visual identity of ByteHire products.
  • Develop branding guidelines to ensure a consistent brand image across digital platforms.
  • Manage and organise design assets to keep files structured and easily accessible for the team.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Figma and other design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • At least 5 years of experience in product design for digital products, including web and mobile.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs, covering UI/UX, graphic design, and branding.
  • Team player who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with clarity in articulating design choices.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
  • Experience with user research, including personas, journey mapping, and usability testing.
  • Ability to receive feedback constructively and iterate designs to fit project goals.

Familiarity with motion graphics and animations for product interfaces is a bonus.
